GBSend monies, then ID, then they close your account I signed up for an account got to send money once, then they asked for identification to send money again. after they received my identification they replied back with "my account was canceled and closed." my concern which i am going to be bringing up to the U.S. attorney general, U.S. treasury, FCC and banking authorities, is, one: that this company is using American citizens identifications to black market and launder monies in Venezuela, which is not that uncommon. Two: why are they canceling accounts after receiving U.S. Identifications, what is this company doing with these identifications? what can this company do better... eliminate the no english excuse by your customer service reps, your in a predominately english based country with free access to english classes. next stop canceling accounts that send monies to family and loved ones somewhere you do business that has social and economic hardship. vet people that send large amounts of cash daily! $1000 daily? come on?!? thats a red flag! stop canceling accounts that send monies in small quantities of $500 monthly. which im sure the U.S. treasury, Secret service and other Authorities would love to hear why this is going on!
