Great level of service. Dealing with World First has been very simple and hassle-free. They offered the best rates and provided support via a dedicated trader who I could reach directly over the phone with zero wait time. I honestly cannot fault the service or ease of dealing with them. The entire experience was uneventful and smooth, which is exactly what you want when transferring funds internationally.

Highly Recommended We have been working with World First Australia for many years with our wholesale business. We deal mostly with Michael Hanna or Christopher Boudib and they have both been very helpful and prompt with every transaction we have been doing.

Highly Reccommended. I have been using another company for the last five years to send fund to my regular supplier and I was told that they could not send the money any more due to the country been sanctioned. I investigated this claim and found it was not true so I looked online for a new provider and came across WorldFirst Australia & New Zealand. Nathan has been our agent for more than… Nathan has been our agent for more than a year now. He is always going above and beyond when it comes to giving advice and helping book our trades. Recently I wanted to make our group accounts we hold with Worldfirst the same and he managed to do it for us, not only did he match rates on our portfolio he even adjusted our rates to a trade we'd done a few minutes prior to calling up. I wouldn't have any other agent but Nathan.

World first support non-existent World first support non-existent? tried to call the AU number whole day and gets disconnected very time around the 5mins mark. I used World First for business transactions and delays in remittance is a serious concern. I could always get through to local support previously but what's changed?? it's concerning when tens of thousands of dollars are on the line here!?
