Wow! What rapid and helpful support Silly me used wrong login and hit problems but got responses and help within minutes from Eliza. Shame I can't use Worldfirst for personal transaction any more as always very fast payments at excellent rates. Only service I know of where foreign accounts are in company name giving customers confidence to pay into those accounts. Helpful daily emails re foreign currency news and outlooks.

George was able to provide great clarity from get go about how World First operate, providing the vital comparative figures with what banks usually take from any transfer , and what World First cut would be (using a mock scenario). he also provided regular communication about the changing rates which provided greater assurance and steer as to when I would transfer my funds. Would highly recommend World First to those folk wanting to transfer money from one side of the world to another. The banks take more of a cut and World First offer a better deal. Thank you. Money sent by World First arrives on time and as agreed. On the rare occasion when I have entered incorrect recipient bank details,World First has been able to retrieve the sent funds. The TT rate on sending funds is very fair in comparison to others institutions. Thank you.
