George was able to provide great clarity from get go about how World First operate, providing the vital comparative figures with what banks usually take from any transfer , and what World First cut would be (using a mock scenario). he also provided regular communication about the changing rates which provided greater assurance and steer as to when I would transfer my funds. Wow! What rapid and helpful support Silly me used wrong login and hit problems but got responses and help within minutes from Eliza. Shame I can't use Worldfirst for personal transaction any more as always very fast payments at excellent rates. Only service I know of where foreign accounts are in company name giving customers confidence to pay into those accounts. Helpful daily emails re foreign currency news and outlooks.
