AUI have been using World First for years… I have been using World First for years and find they are always extremely prompt and reliable. It can be daunting sending money overseas but I am never concerned sending funds via World First. The booking website is easy to follow, and if I need any assistance the staff are easy to contact. I recently made a stupid error by arranging a payment to the wrong beneficiary who fortunately contacted me, long story short, World First were quick to assist and the funds were back within a week

AURegular customer and very happy Used WorldFirst on multiple occasions, mainly USD to AUD, but also NZD to AUD. Rates are good, process is easy, support is there if you need it. Faster and far more convenient than any transfer I’ve done through a bank. No hesitation in recommending this team.

NZFantastic experience from start to end Fantastic experience from start to end. George was able to provide great clarity from get go about how World First operate, providing the vital comparative figures with what banks usually take from any transfer , and what World First cut would be (using a mock scenario). he also provided regular communication about the changing rates which provided greater assurance and steer as to when I would transfer my funds. Would highly recommend World First to those folk wanting to transfer money from one side of the world to another. The banks take more of a cut and World First offer a better deal. Thank you. Will use again.

AUWorldFirst Daily Update Re:WorldFirst Daily Update Jack Cincotta provides an excellent market summary each day and I must admit it is one of the first items I read each morning. It is succinct, targeted review, undoubtedly assisting one to decide on the flavour of the markets that day.

AUWorld first support non-existent World first support non-existent? tried to call the AU number whole day and gets disconnected very time around the 5mins mark. I used World First for business transactions and delays in remittance is a serious concern. I could always get through to local support previously but what's changed?? it's concerning when tens of thousands of dollars are on the line here!?
