From day one, my customer service advisor Navdeep has been there--above and beyond, in every aspect of not only showing and the final account set up. He always got right back to me, answering every question, even my silly ones. He is honest and help me like my friends but not just an customer service in the other end of my phone call. He and worldfirst solved my major problem of taking local currency payment for my major customer around the world and the setting up only took less than two day. It can be daunting sending money overseas but I am never concerned sending funds via World First. The booking website is easy to follow, and if I need any assistance the staff are easy to contact. I recently made a stupid error by arranging a payment to the wrong beneficiary who fortunately contacted me, long story short, World First were quick to assist and the funds were back within a week
