AULook no further if you want stress free tranfers From initial online registration George Cole made sure everything was in place and correct. We sent some large amounts from Au to Nz, everything went very smoothly and fast, sent in the morning arriving the same day, can't get better service than that. When transferring large amounts you need to feel relaxed that your money is secure and in the hands of honest professionals. We found that to be the case with WorldFirst, not to mention a great fixed rate so calculating your costs is a breeze. We would not consider anyone else for future transactions. Nick

AUI have been using World First for years… I have been using World First for years and find they are always extremely prompt and reliable. It can be daunting sending money overseas but I am never concerned sending funds via World First. The booking website is easy to follow, and if I need any assistance the staff are easy to contact. I recently made a stupid error by arranging a payment to the wrong beneficiary who fortunately contacted me, long story short, World First were quick to assist and the funds were back within a week

AUReview Dealing with World First is so easy and reliable. I have used World First for a number of years and greatly appreciate the assistance of Jack Cincotta in guiding me through difficult transactions. Money sent by World First arrives on time and as agreed. On the rare occasion when I have entered incorrect recipient bank details,World First has been able to retrieve the sent funds. The TT rate on sending funds is very fair in comparison to others institutions. Thank you.

AUVery easy online application Very easy online application, however if the 'fit' is not right then it can take time to get set up. Excellent customer service and personal approach that helps navigate any issues. Ongoing support has been great.

IDRecent Transfer I recently had an issue transferring funds to an overseas account. Worldfirst kindly covered the fees accrued during failed transfer, even though it was no fault at their end. I very much appreciate what Worldfirst has done for me.
