From day one, my customer service advisor Navdeep has been there--above and beyond, in every aspect of not only showing and the final account set up. He always got right back to me, answering every question, even my silly ones. He is honest and help me like my friends but not just an customer service in the other end of my phone call. He and worldfirst solved my major problem of taking local currency payment for my major customer around the world and the setting up only took less than two day. I would highly recommend worldfirst and Nav to all my friends and families in the future.

World First Excellent I have been using World First for a coupe of years to transfer money supporting a family in Peru including their daughter who is about to graduate with a Business Degree for which she has several credits. One of the banks we were transferring to was ripping us off with fees so we changed banks. Inadvertently I sent the money to the wrong account. George Cole from WF was quick to act and problem solved. World First are excellent. Prior to them I tried Paypal and Western Union. WF a lot better.

George was able to provide great clarity from get go about how World First operate, providing the vital comparative figures with what banks usually take from any transfer , and what World First cut would be (using a mock scenario). he also provided regular communication about the changing rates which provided greater assurance and steer as to when I would transfer my funds. Would highly recommend World First to those folk wanting to transfer money from one side of the world to another. The banks take more of a cut and World First offer a better deal. Thank you.
