IDRecent Transfer I recently had an issue transferring funds to an overseas account. Worldfirst kindly covered the fees accrued during failed transfer, even though it was no fault at their end. I very much appreciate what Worldfirst has done for me.

From day one, my customer service advisor Navdeep has been there--above and beyond, in every aspect of not only showing and the final account set up. He always got right back to me, answering every question, even my silly ones. He is honest and help me like my friends but not just an customer service in the other end of my phone call. He and worldfirst solved my major problem of taking local currency payment for my major customer around the world and the setting up only took less than two day. AUTried doing a transfer with them for… Tried doing a transfer with them for the first time , although the overall process is fairly good . There is a lot of delay I feel compared to the competitors my beneficiary haven't received the amount yet so i would love to see some improvement ther and also really need to work on fixing the app and showing real time prices of all currencies.
