They make sure to explain the terms of the agreement carefully, and based on my general reading of the contract, their terms are fair and reasonable. I was actually shocked at how quick the process was. I would be happy to work with 4 Pillar again.

They are brokers pretending to be direct lenders They are a bunch of brokers lying out of their teeth. They promised me an SBA once a took a deal with them. I ended up taking a small loan with them for $20K and they never got me the SBA. I submitted so much paperwork and spent so much time just to get lied to. I don’t appreciate this. Scam Company! Stay away.
