We are an association of 53 units of… We are an association of 53 units of which I am the president. When searching for banks offering association loans we encountered Arch Capital (Larry Kirschner). Our experience with them was excellent. Simply stated, searching for the selection of banks, the speed of response and the number of institutions that Larry found was something we could not have done on our own. Frankly, I did not have the time, nor the knowledge of the banking industry, to do what Larry did and the little time it took for offers. Frankly, I was more than a little positively surprised! The knowledge and transparency Larry provided during the entire process was also excellent and it was great having an advocate as well.
