0 support from cex.io I made a withdraw of 149 usdt from cex.io and suddenly transaction is left only on pending.They send me a mail for to do transaction verification for aml/kyc.Somehow they take money from you very easy but when you withdraw they ask stupid things,but here is not problem.I finished all steps that they said ,completed a from and then uploaded document tab and also acitvated api of web that i send crypto to.Stil my transaction is on pending I contacted support and nothing they dont respond at all.Where is my money how can cex.io well known web to do this with 0 responsibility.Please help to get my usdt back or send it to the required web. up138413079 this is my userd id Im editing my review.Sorry but you didnt say anything at all.My verification is done long time ago indetity and andres is verified.Also next steps requested by you is finished now im replying gmail with your support team lets see how it goes.Till this time my transaction is still on pending ,im stil very disappointed.Hope you are going to fix the issue very soon

Return back my money !!! Return back my money !!! I have problem from 20th March 2024 my transaction od 48 SOL is “pending”!!!! Support is disaster, nobody from this application wont or will help you, be very careful…. I have all screenshots and we exchanged more than 40 mails, in all mails they are not helping at all, a have also their confirmation that from my side all is good and verified , this transaction is pending because of their guilt! And last ten days nobody replying to me anymore… Anyhow what they will reply to me when they steal my founds . Guys one month i am waiting come on what is this ????? Disaster, disappointed, unprofessional, looks like big time scam… I am devastated what they do to me…
