Better business bureau complaint filed. Seller never responded. Why a finance company would do business with such a corrupt company I will never know. Paying over time allowed me to manage my cash flow more easily rather than paying the cash price at the time of purchase. I live on a fixed income and this alternative gave me the means to make my purchase and budget payment over time.

Easy Peasy Easy Peasy Bought a new computer. Set up a 6 month payment plan that was 0% APR. 6 months later the payments are all wrapped up and I didn't have any problems with the entire experience. I can't speak to the interest rates or how their customer service is when you actually need help, but my experience was all smooth sailing.
