Great customer service Just got the loan august 2021. The customer service was very good when I applied and was having trouble linking my bank account. Within a 10 min phone conversation the rep had me fixed up and shortly after our call, I was approved. The funds were in my account when they said they would be as well. So far, so good!!

Loans aren't harmful I actually have never used banking service because in this case I'm quite conservative. I trust only paper money as it was in the past. Nevertheless the times have changed and now we have to comply with modern requirements nad it doesn't matter whether we want it or not. I decided to apply to this financial company in order to take out a loan. It seemed to me that conditions on loans here are the most beneficial for my wallet. So, I took out here a loan and customer support managers trusted me that I could apply to them anytime I want it or anytime I have some questions toward the product.

I was surprised to get an approval… I was surprised to get an approval within 48 hours especially on one income and a retiree. It took a phone call that lasted almost an hour with Q&A’s to give the Rep my personal information, but he got it all done! And 24 hours later I got an approval email & the rest is history. Thx u.
