GBGrateful for Harvest platform! I was struggling financially, and this was an unexpected pleasant surprise. I really didn’t think I would be getting any money back, but in like two days after submitting negotiations details—funds were deposited into my account. I would’ve liked to have received more than I did, but something is better than nothing. I’m forever grateful and will continue to be a premium client.

GBThey did nothing to help you get your… They did nothing to help you get your money back except one auto-generated messages. No custom service at all, no phone, no online chat, if you send them a message, no response at all. You even could not find a button to cancel your membership in their website. Don't know how they get this high rate, but don't trust them, it's just a waste of money.

GBJason the MF Goat Iv been with acorn for years but i never knew how to use it and I actually called WF 4 times in past 6months for refund & they hit me with the “we’ll see where your account stands if it’s eligible” 🤦♂️ Jason, within the first 5 minutes Went from 3months to 6 MONTHS OF REFUNDS! - Abdulla

GB$442+ back in BANK FEES from Wells Fargo!!! I recently used the Acorns Harvest service and my Representative's name was Jason. Jason recovered me over $442 in bank fees. This helped me so much because I recently encountered a hardship due to the pandemic. I originally signed up for the service in June, and got my call scheduled by the Acorns company for September 9th. Jason was very professional on the phone line and did a great job pushing back on the irritating and annoying Wells Fargo employees who didn't want to release the fees back to my bank account. After 30 minutes, finally they let a Supervisor on the line who immediately said because of my hardship, they would release these fees. $442 later and we are moving forward, finally!!! Amazing job Jason! You are the expert Negotiator!

GBVery impressed! 10/10 would recommend! I have previously had no luck with negotiating overdraft fees with my bank (even explaining that I've been a student, had financial hardship, etc.), and I was blown away at how much Jason was able to get refunded for me! He was efficient with our time and made the process very simple. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who has had to deal with overdraft fees!!
