I have previously had no luck with negotiating overdraft fees with my bank (even explaining that I've been a student, had financial hardship, etc.), and I was blown away at how much Jason was able to get refunded for me! He was efficient with our time and made the process very simple. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who has had to deal with overdraft fees!!

They did nothing to help you get your… They did nothing to help you get your money back except one auto-generated messages. No custom service at all, no phone, no online chat, if you send them a message, no response at all. You even could not find a button to cancel your membership in their website. Don't know how they get this high rate, but don't trust them, it's just a waste of money.

Harvest is the real deal Harvest is amazing! I love the work that they do. They're efficient, helpful, and understanding. At first, I thought it might be a scam, but I soon realized that Harvest really sets out to do their purpose -- which is make the money you've lost previously accessible. Grateful for Harvest platform! I was struggling financially, and this was an unexpected pleasant surprise. I really didn’t think I would be getting any money back, but in like two days after submitting negotiations details—funds were deposited into my account. I would’ve liked to have received more than I did, but something is better than nothing. I’m forever grateful and will continue to be a premium client.
