Novice's mix up! I'm a complete novice with crypto but I needed to pay a small bill with it. I thought I'd researched everything properly but I made a complete mess of everything and ended up paying money into a virtual bank account I'd accidentally created. I contacted Spritz and Ley from there was just incredible, going over and above to help me sort things out. Very quickly my money was refunded to my account when I'd actually just written it off. Excellent service from Spritz.

verified is a big issue I set up my account profile verification done, email came saying the hard part was over I could go ahead and pay my bill. then the system wanted me to start all over again with the same verification, now it wants my full social security to move forward, while it did not ask my other family members for any 4 working phones in my name the business the home, and 2 cell phone, I gave my driver lic did the face Recognition, have bank accounts address and they can't verify me. I would not mind giving my social if everyone else does the same. also am a citizen what the Heck.

Interesting service but no actual rewards Creating an account and receiving a virtual debit card is quick. It works well on Google Pay when using contactless payments at the shops (apparently not all the shops). Loading up the virtual card from crypto is pretty easy and fast. However, the fees to load up the card are a bit high in my opinion, in the range 1-2%. The advertised rewards look interesting but they are NOT actually being provided even if you meet the requirements. You are being told that they have seen "an increase in fraudulent activity around referrals" so they have stopped such rewards service "temporarily". Spritz Finance should be more transparent and you should be told about any disruption in the service (e.g. referral rewards) when it takes place.

Very easy to use Spritz provide a very useful website simplifying the normally tricky process of getting crypto, using it and then returning it to your bank. It's easy to use and quick to turn your money around.

Absolutely amazing service. Absolutely amazing service. Great customer support as my bank wasn't connecting but it ended up being a Chase issue not Spritz. Best fees compared to other services and on/off ramping is a breeze. Turning everyone on to this service. They even have a cool suggestions section where they send you emails to vote on current updates depending on what the community is asking for!!!
