Finally, the FixedFloat service itself, through which I received blocked funds, resumed operation. I will contact their support to confirm that the funds came from their addresses. FixedFloat support responded that since I could not confirm that I initiated these exchanges, they could not provide order information. BUT, if Changee contacts them directly, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO CONFIRM that the transactions for the listed trades were sent from their addresses. The question is, why didn't the Changee agent do this himself within a month? TOTAL Confusion about the reasons for the delay: first an incorrect Bitcoin address, then blocking by some agent. They did not leave the funds in the escrow account and did not in any way confirm the recorded equivalent of the funds. For a month, they did not ask for confirmation from the service through which the funds were received.
