Friendly, easy, uncomplicated Friendly, easy, uncomplicated. This is not the first transaction with Venstar Exchange, and all of them have gone really well. Customer service is very knowledgeable - when our beneficiary changed their banking details to"new account which needs to be further credited to an account at another bank" Axel from VE knew exactly how and what to do and the transaction was completed smoothly. We usually send payments for a few invoices lumped together, and none of our suppliers has not received a payment on time. When transacting with them, I always feel well taken care of. Communication is sufficient and clear, instructions about transfers are easy to follow. Definitely recommend them.
