Great Lender! I've been incredibly pleased with my experience with BEST Lending thus far. I've refinanced a rental with them and have recently closed on two fix and flip loans with them. What has been amazing is their communication and desire to help/get you to where you want to go. Their team has been in the business for some time so they're familiar with how these deals need to look, they can make loan decisions incredibly quickly, and can also close very quickly (just completed a 10 day close with them with no issues). The team is available when you need them and will make sure know what needs to happen throughout all phases of the process. Their rates and terms are very competitive as well.
