I agreed, its been over a year they are still taking money from me and they have now taken 3787 from me and when I tried to call them their number picked up and a voice bot said goodbye and hung up. I have tried to contact them via email and it just sends me to their website that only says they aren't accepting new applications and the same phone number that doesn't work.

Reevaluate Your System Christmas is coming up and I figured after paying the full amount that I would be able to get a little more then another $250, but from what I understand you go by a computer system which I think is very stupid. Using a computer system to determine what someone should borrow if they are willing to pay back the full amount is just not fair to the customer. You need to reevaluate that system some more to better serve your customers

I have always had I have always had a bad service with Nextloan always issues with funding or repayment. I have used Nextloan several times, and I regretted it so much. They have the worst customer service Are you guys out of business now?. I switched to a more reliable platform “Easy bee” who cares about it user and the customer service are the best.

They tell you straight up how much it will cost if people dont read the contract that's their own dam falt. They answered my calls and even rearranged two payments for me when I couldn't pay. And like they say if you pay off early you do not have yo pay back like 7,000 if you drag it out again your falt.
