They froze accounts Nov 22; all their SEC filings, collateral guarantees & "insurance" were false. Over $9M in customer funds lost I gather including a year's salary for me personally. I do feel like the fluidity of the site as a whole could be better, the prize wheel is cool, but the rewards need to be better
