customer support service does not work!!!! I am a client of this company, I bought currency from them. the customer support service does not work, I wrote them a bunch of letters - in response to me silence .... I have been unable to contact this company for over a month now. what's happening?

Great experience, highly recommend I was skeptical going in because the website seemed a little outdated and there are no Google reviews for this business, but I had an amazing experience with them! I sent them a mix of many different currencies, a significant portion of which were unsorted coins. I sent the package on a Friday and had the money in my account by Monday. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I was for starters honestly surprised that someone had actually thought of all us travellers that come back home with foreign currency leftovers - which nobody at home would exchange and which usually end up in a forgotten box in some place or the other. Foreign Currency And Exchange provides an excellent service with clear instructions, so that I was able to send them my mixture of leftover currencies with payment precalculated and done immedeatelly after my package was delievered. Eventhough they are located in the USA, postal costs weren't too high and I actually got a nice sum for my leftover currencies. So, thanks for your service! Same badly needed in Europe as well! Easy and fast Easy and fast. Sent in an unsorted bag of obscure currencies for $15 shipping and got back over $600. No receipt and a bit old school process overall but they execute well.
