customer support service does not work!!!! I am a client of this company, I bought currency from them. the customer support service does not work, I wrote them a bunch of letters - in response to me silence .... I have been unable to contact this company for over a month now. what's happening?

Very smooth process Very smooth process! A fantastic way to get your money back from currency left lying around after trips. We had currency that we brought back with us on subsequent trips and no one wanted bc currency changes so often in other countries. Very fair rate. Very quick turnaround. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience Highly recommend Excellent experience. I’m so glad I found this service. I had coins that no local bank would accept for exchange. Foreign Currency took care of me with and the service was seamless. I inventoried y currency to be exchanged in their website.and mailed them the money. Three days later a payment was posted to my PayPal account . I was even able to exchange some old Swedish bank notes which are no longer in circulation but I refused to discard. These folks accepted them at a nominal rate but my Sense of thrift was satisfied. Highly recommend this service.

The Places You Find on The Web! I found your company out of the blue while surfing to try to get rid of some foreign currency. Pretty straightforward website, and transaction, and it all concluded inside of a week with cash in my Paypal! I'm pretty impressed, and will use FCCE again.

Probably the best/only mail-in option available One gift card that I sent was not credited. The rest of the currency, coins and cards were properly exchanged and the total was promptly deposited into my bank account. I followed up twice, hoping to clear up what happened. I never got a response. According to the order form that I submitted, the item was a $10 gift card worth $5, so it wasn't a huge deal, but I would have appreciated some explanation, like 1) We don't accept that kind of card anymore, 2) There was something wrong with the card, or 3) Whoops, we'll take another look and get back to you. This is a really unique service so I wanted it to be useful, but I can't strongly recommend that people put a lot of trust in it. I'd be reluctant to use it again. Definitely read the ENTIRE website like I did. As the owner recommends, always send money using a service with tracking numbers. I will add: photograph everything you send, and don't send large amounts in one order...just in case something is lost. If you have a big jar of random coins and currency that's collecting dust, this might be worth a try. You don't have much to lose. I liked being able to send gift cards that I wasn't likely to use.
