5 stars quickly turned to 2 My first thought was Fundbox was a great place for a LOC. We were only given a $3000 LOC at first but I figured that’s just because it was our first time applying as our business revenue is north of 400k. Low fees and automatic repayment was nice, however, today when I logged in there was a popup stating we cannot draw on our LOC and they want me to pay the remaining balance in full before they review our account to see if we even qualify for a LOC. Everything was 5 stars up until this morning, but at this point I think I may just pay the balance in full and close this account asap, I just can’t take the chance of this happening again if we owed more and didn’t have the funds to pay it immediately when they decide to shut our LOC down again 🤦‍♂️

The help and support we received from… The help and support we received from Sabigh Masood at Fundbox has been tremendously helpful and considerate and with this being said, because of his support we may even use Fundbox in the future and possibly recommend Fundbox to other businesses that we work with. He is very knowledgeable and forthright which makes for a pleasant experience.
