Turnaround was quoted as 24 hours for the terms and actual approval was slightly longer, but still within two days. Getting phone confirmation was helpful so I could continue setting up the new office. Strong recommend.

The process was very easy and they do not make any claims that they don't back up. They told me upfront that due to my credit that the payments would on the higher side. My experience with lenders in the past is that they promise low rates, but that is not what I receive when the actual offer is made.
