Communication with a business is in my opinion the most important aspect I consider when buying my Crypto Miners! I made the mistake of buying 2 of my miners elsewhere, that will never happen again! Edwin gave me realistic expectations on delivery times, products delivered as promised. Rest assured when you work with Edwin, he is not just trying to make the sale, even after the sale, when one of my miners had a issue after running perfectly for over a year, he invited me out to his shop in Wisconsin and had a technician run my miner and figure out the issue while I waited , fixed the miner (replaced a cable ) and couple hours later I was on the road, back home to Minnesota! There are a great USA based company with the connections overseas where most crypto miners come from. Not that I need the service, they also have a hosting site in the US for people who need those services. They seem to have everything covered even for the small scale miner like myself.
