I never signed up for Smartyplus I never signed up for Smartyplus. Somehow they got access to my checking account and began stealing 19.00 from my checking account. They have done this since Feb 2023. I called and the man claimed that he could only go back 6 months. Again.......I never asked for this service. They still owe me for Feb 2023. Again - I NEVER signed up for this service so why am I being charged? Where did this service come from? I am furious!

Response was acceptable, tried to reach them again because I have an error in my response to them. The response was acceptable, timely, and the form provided was easy to manage, but my computer entered the wrong mail address at the last second. I have not been able to amend this error, though I have tried to access the response form by several different means. Please send me another form so I may give you the correct email address that I used to place the order.
