If I could give this place 0 stars I… If I could give this place 0 stars I would, Although the loan I received did help me at my urgent time of need, I was approved for $225.00 and had to pay back total of 1717.21 that’s 1492.21 I finance charges! I did express my opinion on that matter and I was treated fairly and was assisted with a payoff schedule that gave me a much reasonable finance charge and I did pay off my loan on the new scheduled dates, Unfortunately because I voiced my opinion I can no longer apply or renew my loan now that I’m in a much better position of being able to afford the finance charge, at that time I wasn’t able to do so! But I have been turned down 3 times!

EXCELLENT COMPANY Originally reached out as I only needed a small very short term loan to bridge my paychecks. A lot of other declined me due to credit score as the pandemic drug my score through the mud as it did most peoples. Could not get another creditor to approve me. First loan approved me and helped me out when it was needed most! Thank you!!

First loan website always does not… First loan website always does not work. You cant view your account info and calling is a joke. You can never get someone to answer. Horrible.its amazing how firstloan can contact you for a review but fails to contact you when needing assistance.

This situation I'm in is tough This situation I'm in is tough. To have a company that gives you a chance to make things right without making things painful. Is definitely a blessing. Straight forward questions to instant decision on your approval. I couldn't ask for more
