The women at the Merle Hay location are… The women at the Merle Hay location are always kind, helpful and pleasant. They are doing a great job during the current COVID crisis. However, when asked about customer spacing markers, etc., I was told company policy is forbidding them from using markers to delineate the 6 foot spacing and/or requesting them to have people wait outside. i believe this is detrimental to both the employees and customers and should be rethought. This is Not an issue with the employees at the location I visit.

Both of the two young ladies at the… Both of the two young ladies at the Merle Hay Road location in Des Moines are phenomenal. I've gone to a couple of your other locations in Des Moines and was not as favorable impressed. These two are fantastic. Helpful. Always friendly. A wonderful experience each time I've been there.

I just talked to the young lady at the… I just talked to the young lady at the Grand location here in Des Moines and she was kind enough to allow an extension. Also she is very professional and has a lot of confidence in her ability to do her job. I have not been doing business with her very long but each time she is consistent with a good attitude and professionalism. I am giving this rating to you company because of her as I have never delt with anyone else and she deserves the 5 stars. Good day Rick

The employees were wonderful The employees were wonderful, very kind and efficient. The only reason why this didn't get 5 stars is because it seems that they do a hard credit check in order to get a payday loan. If I had great credit, I wouldn't need to get a payday loan to begin with. The only thing impacting my credit rating is my student loans, which should not be a factor in getting a payday loan.

I personally had never had any bad… I personally had never had any bad experiences, with the service at EZ Money, the staff is always friendly and courteous, and go out of their way to help, and be of service to everyone. In my opinion they are the best. In Omaha. Nebraska, located on 48th and Dodge.
