excellent service Gary always helps me cash my checks they have a small fee but it's fair, and I don't have to wait for my bank to clear it; it's fast and instant and after 5 checks they give you one free with I think is pretty cool. After I cash my check I always play the lotto hey you never know if win :-) fast and convenient sevice.

The employees were wonderful The employees were wonderful, very kind and efficient. The only reason why this didn't get 5 stars is because it seems that they do a hard credit check in order to get a payday loan. If I had great credit, I wouldn't need to get a payday loan to begin with. The only thing impacting my credit rating is my student loans, which should not be a factor in getting a payday loan.

tyra and ellie are wonderful tyra and ellie are wonderful. They both go above and beyond with their service and are always smiling and friendly. You can tell that they love their job by the professionalism and the way that they treat every customer like a long lost friend. People like these two are very rare and your company should be proud that they are working for you.

The women at the Merle Hay location are… The women at the Merle Hay location are always kind, helpful and pleasant. They are doing a great job during the current COVID crisis. However, when asked about customer spacing markers, etc., I was told company policy is forbidding them from using markers to delineate the 6 foot spacing and/or requesting them to have people wait outside. i believe this is detrimental to both the employees and customers and should be rethought. This is Not an issue with the employees at the location I visit.
