The people who called this site a scam either didn't wait enough time to receive their withdrawal or a system bug occurred. Even if the latter happened, the dissatisfied users can open a support ticket to resolve the issue. Keep in mind that the first withdrawal can usually take more time to be approved (for first time verification purposes).
