Mixed bag Mixed bag I like your platform and all its functionality. Honestly I like nearly everything but one thing: As a German to use an intermediary bank it is an absolute NO GO. This makes this platform for me completely useless if I cannot fund / retrieve money from/to my personal bank directly (Deutsche Bank). Will be there a possibility to fund without an intermediary bank in the future? If so, I can wait. If not, I will close my account. Cheers

Good processing time, low fees. Excited about Stably Ramp, too. Made a few transactions on their products over the past month and enjoyed it so far. Good processing time and reasonable fees. Really look forward to starting using their Stably Ramp for on-ramp and off-ramp when wire transfers and card are supported to international users (currently supporting ACH mainly but heard that they will soon support more options this quarter Q1 2023).

Stably Prime is the Best! I'm glad a I found out about Stably on Twitter. Stably Prime is a convenient way to buy and sell crypto like BTC or USDC. Stably's focus on providing US-compliant crypto Fiat on/off ramp increases the trust compared to other providers. The best part is that Stably is the preparation they have taken for future government regulations by working with regulated partners like Prime Trust. I look forward to continue to use Stably Prime to transfer USD from my bank to my wallet because its easy and cheap.

The Stably support group does a good… The Stably support group does a good job in a timely manner with what they have to work with. However the system appears to be unpredictable and somewhat unstable at times. Understanding transaction time lags is concerning not knowing what caused the malfunction, input data or system error, that is the question!!!

13 days to have funds moved off… 13 days to have funds moved off platform due to technical issues. Then 3 days to have them show up on platform when sent again. Very poor customer service that didn’t read my email outlining issue with data to support my issue, resulting in asking for the exact info already provided. I’ll never work with stably again.
