DEMixed bag Mixed bag I like your platform and all its functionality. Honestly I like nearly everything but one thing: As a German to use an intermediary bank it is an absolute NO GO. This makes this platform for me completely useless if I cannot fund / retrieve money from/to my personal bank directly (Deutsche Bank). Will be there a possibility to fund without an intermediary bank in the future? If so, I can wait. If not, I will close my account. Cheers

GBI'm enjoyed the process. But more explanation and comfort colors please, maybe? I'm enjoyed the process of creating an account and the KYC verification process. The KYC was very simple and straight forward, it seems very speedy unlike a platform like Binance, theres a predicted time given for verification. Secondly, for first time users I think that the small window pane will be extremely helpful for those focus in on. The only two things I didn't like was that there wasn't an explanantion as to why the stable coins are distinct for different blockchain networks, I had to go ahead and remind myself, and think of a way to get into the CARDANO network. The last thing I didn't like was the purple accent with the heavy white colors, felt very weird, off-brand, maybe mischievous? I don't know but that was my sentiment.

GBEasy for newbies I found stably through twitter and decided to give a try. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the negative reviews and have a coinbase account. After doing some more research and signing up I can claim that I like Stably waaayyyy better. This site is fairly easy to use and I will make sure my husband creates an account too. :)

GBStably makes false claims about deposits. Stably claims that USDS deposits from Chia network are processed in 1 business day or (usually instant). That is completely false. I made two deposits of USDS to my Stably wallet on 9/26. It has been 8 business days and neither deposit of USDS to my account has been added. Ticket#4243 Support claims that they're having problems, but they give no expected time to resolve or receive funds. Update 10/6: Ticket#4243 - 10 days and Stably has stopped responding to my support ticket messages. Update 10/13/22: All deposits settled after 17 days. It’s a far cry longer than the stated deposit time.

GB13 days to have funds moved off… 13 days to have funds moved off platform due to technical issues. Then 3 days to have them show up on platform when sent again. Very poor customer service that didn’t read my email outlining issue with data to support my issue, resulting in asking for the exact info already provided. I’ll never work with stably again.
