Mixed bag Mixed bag I like your platform and all its functionality. Honestly I like nearly everything but one thing: As a German to use an intermediary bank it is an absolute NO GO. This makes this platform for me completely useless if I cannot fund / retrieve money from/to my personal bank directly (Deutsche Bank). Will be there a possibility to fund without an intermediary bank in the future? If so, I can wait. If not, I will close my account. Cheers

If stable coins had an EASY button I had a slight hiccup when using the Stably ramp for the first time (to be expected), but the customer service was top notch. Emily was very helpful and took the time to walk me through exactly what I needed to do to get up and running. There was a slight delay in response however that was due to the holiday weekend. As soon as the R&R was over they got back to me right away. 10 out of 10 for a great product and great service! If you want an easy on-ramp this is a great alternative to what's out there.

Faster in and out transactions needed. The inability to do same day stablecoin transactions to and from stably is very detrimental to the platform. I would like to be able to transfer USDS to Stably on Saturday night and have it be able to be swapped to LTC and transferred off with in minutes. Currently, it takes so long that its using archaic banker hours which is what this was designed to help bring up to speed so it goes against the core tenant. The platform itself works and its relatively low fees compared to competitors so its good for what it is just needs more speed.

She was there all the times I needed a help, taking accountability for his role as the platform's representative, and gave me the clarity I need (specially first time I used it). In the Crypto world is very important to find a platform that make you feel easy and give the accebility we need as users, and that is Stably. For me was great to find this On Ramp with transparent and full contact support. If someone needs an OnRamp and totally recommend this platform, they rally care about customers.
