Made purchase but they refused to pay Made a purchase at Mint mobile and went through the dollar dig cashback site. I should have received $20. The purchase was in my click history. After a few weeks I contacted them and Dollar Dig asked for proof of purchase which I quickly provided. Several weeks later Dollar Dig denied my cashback and refused to pay out. Needless to say I will not be using Dollar Dig again.

Trustworthy and hassle-free cashback site :) Got NordVPN through Dollar Dig. The cashback process was explained extremely well to me, and went on without a hitch. Waited the specified period, requested my cashback, and it was credited the very next day. Definitely recommend their 5 star service! Only nitpick is that there's a captcha every time you visit their website haha

A scam website, do not use I prefer to give them 0 if I can. They won't give you cashback until the merchant replies them. The replying can take at least a year or so. Don‘t use this company, switch to Rakuten or Top cashback, at least they will give you money if you can show the screenshot of the transaction

Great Service and Great Rates! They have excellent cashback rates, but even better customer service. Everything works as you'd hope it would, but for some reason if it doesn't, their customer service is very friendly, very helpful and very very fast to respond. I highly recommend them!

Update - April 6, 2024 Update April 6th, 2024 - My cashout was paid. The near 10 day pause in site operations has shaken my confidence a bit. I still have well into 5 figures pending, so will bump back up to 5 stars once I see regular updating/cashouts/and support being offered again, which I do expect to see now that Rich is back and active again. Update April 4, 2024 - Pending cashback amounts have finally been updated. Usually those are updated every 3 days, but as previously mentioned, the site had gone silent for 8+ days. Withdraw still processing but technically its still within the "5 business day" withdraw policy so I cant ding for that. No response to ticket yet. I'm adjusting my score up to a 3 because I do see movement on the site for the first time in 8-9 days. Update April 3, 2024: as other review has mentioned, site has gone radio silent. No updates to cash back amounts, no responses from support, still a pending cashout. Rich always seemed like an honest dude so I'm surprised about the apparent abandonment of the site. I am owed well into 5 figures at this point so further options may be looked into to recover what is owed at least. Note to Rich: Come back to the site my guy and at least get your members squared away. I'll gladly adjust the review again it we're made whole.
