The processing timeframes, which normally range from a few minutes to a few hours, have generally met my expectations. So far I'm having a horrible… So far I'm having a horrible experience. Customer service disappears for hours on end and email support is virtually non existent. I paid for the software 4 hours ago and still have not received. I will update once I receive the software and if I don't, I'm taking legal matters
