GBI never received a loan through Cash… I never received a loan through Cash Aisle. I did however receive an email stating that I owed them $2,551.32. So of course I called to get things figured out. The less-than-pleasant woman was not helpful at all. When I asked if she could email me paperwork in regard to this loan from 2018, she said that she couldn't do that and clearly I already have that information because I called. I said some choice words and hung up. DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING IF YOU HAVEN"T RECEIVED A LOAN FROM THEM!! This is a total scam especially since the woman told me that the "loan" I received was only $600... and now it's $2,551.32...Something is very off with this company and it seems like they are trying to pull money from anywhere they can. I'm not entirely sure how they got my information, so be careful.

GBExcellent Experience and Exceptional Customer Service The experience of obtaining a loan was seamless. To all of the reps I spoke with Kudos to you. I want to send Dranay a big shout out to Dranay for going over and beyond to ensure I understood the process and aiding in getting my payments inline with my pay periods. GBI understand the process but if someone… I understand the process but if someone is in hospital, nearly died not at work and trying to make arrangements where can reduce payments not don’t pay the loan, But pay something just for a payment or 2 . You get this nasty response from them. Very disappointed, and I’ve been with cash aisle for a long time. Never again poor poor poor.

GBUnderstanding that this type of loan is… Understanding that this type of loan is at best something that should only be used short term - there is a pretty low amount that you are able to get especially since you have access to my banking information

GBDONT DO IT!! DONT DO IT!!! Customer service is extremely rude, interest is through the roof and it's not worth it - you are better off going local and getting a pay day loan. Worst experience I have EVER had
