They're lying when they state on their… They're lying when they state on their website that they have 24/7 support. After the free trial I paid for a one month subscription, and after more than 40 hours, they have yet to reactivate my account. Unacceptable. I had to really dig to find their support page and contact information. I was told that they'd get to me during a weekday; this is not what I would call 24/7 support.

Coinigy claim that they can connect you… Coinigy claim that they can connect you to 45 crypto exchanges. Well, it looks more like they can do 10. I have asked support to explain but they went missing. Since writing this review I got a refund which is fair enough. The charting problem I mentioned was misunderstood but as I wrote to support the problem is gone for now. It works like that. It is a pity that not so many excganges are supported with trading.
