I am using maxrebates for over 2 years… I am using maxrebates for over 2 years now and I am very happy with what they offer. I had several pay outs so far and they transfer my cashback quickly to my account. In the past I have checked also other cashback pages just to find out that their offers are limited and the cashback amount is smaller, not so generous like maxrebates. On a rare occasion it happened, that my cashback did not get tracked and I had to open a ticket so that the team could investigate. Knocking on wood they really take great care and added those missing cashbacks afterwards. I gonna stick to maxrebates.

SCAM If they're offering 1% you'll… SCAM If they're offering 1% you'll probably get it. When they offer more, beware!! Failed to pay anything on their offered 4% rebates on over $5000 in purchases. Excuse after excuse!! First rebate portal I've ever had an issue with. SHOPPER BEWARE!!!! Use Mr. Rebate, Rakuten, Top Cashback, Lemoney. Anywhere but here.

Great Customer Service Team I just started to use MaxRebates and I am new to the cashback world. I had a question about my cashback and I almost immediately received a message from Tyra. I provided her more information and again she swiftly responded, after checking my account in the meantime, providing me more information how the process works. The speed of contact was above expectation, the emails were neat and more than complete! I also felt reassured. No 5 star yet, because I just started of course.
