Subsequently, they shifted to email support, which, while not ideal, was tolerable due to their responsiveness. Unfortunately, their support has now deteriorated to the point of non-responsiveness. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, I've received no reply. Even reaching out to them on Twitter X about login issues yielded a sluggish and utterly unhelpful response after days of waiting, merely instructing me to reset my password, which proved futile.
