I ordered a $100 eBay Gift card from… I ordered a $100 eBay Gift card from them but it turnt out that the card was used I contacted them to see if I can get either a partial or full refund but haven't heard from them since now but am about to order another card from them to see if that goes through this time to verify their legitimacy.
