GBAbsolutely horrendous customer service! Absolutely horrendous customer service! I have the misfortune of using them on Bitrue as a third party payment provider, and after 3 days I STILL haven't been able to get through verification. The problem started when they were asking for 'Routing /ABA Numbers' (which are only relevant to American accounts, and not UK Accounts. I emailed them but the poorly trained customer service guy didn't have a clue what I was going on about. I figured it out myself as the currency was in $ and not £, when I changed this the 'Routing / ABA Number' changed to 'BIC'. The point is that I wasn't able to resolve this simple query with their customer support, and in any case I have NEVER had to even provide a 'BIC' number on any other Crypto exchange! Also, I received a text from them saying that they had emailed me (with subject line: "Pending Verification on your Legend Bitrue Account") about providing more documentation for the verification procedure. Trouble is that I have received no such email, neither is it in my spam folder. I did have problems with their verification process as I was forced to either use a mobile phone for photo verification (which I couldn't use due to the age of my phone) or hold up a driving license up to the laptop web cam. My webcam is nearly 7 years old and is not good enough for close up pictures. Of course, they don't make it simple as an upload of the document from my desktop computer would solve the problem instantly, but this is way too simple for them (who clearly like to complicate the issue). So, all in all and absolutely horrendous company, who prevent people from getting through KYC forms, make verification as complicated as possible, and have poorly trained staff who either ignore you or don't solve the issues! After 3 days of trying to sign up on Bitrue I STILL haven't been able to buy USDT's with this shower of scam artists! AVOID THEM!

GBI hate your service I hate your service! Due to an idiotic audit of my details and my account that lasted almost a week, I missed the huge Bitcoin moves in early 2024! You'd better catch real criminals instead of terrorizing law-abiding citizens! ! !

NLWorth no stars at all slow verification=no use Worth no stars at all. Verification takes way to long while it says one minute. No response from support/contact team. Don’t use this sh*ty site the contact form even laggs and u can’t type anymore it freezes. 0- stars from me as I wanted to buy for good price but now so much time has past I don’t know if possible anymore.
