USAwesome app Awesome app! I send cash to fam when they need it thru the app, zelle, whatever. I like the gift cards for my nephew, he likes the play station ones. I transfer funds from my bank account, send groceries, pay my phone bill. I'm surprised it's a checking account I get my moola on there too. 🤗 my 15 bucks from who I refer stack up too so I can get more gift cards. I like free stuff lol

USAs a current customer As a current customer, since 2/23/2024, I've been unable to access or utilize my account despite numerous attempts. I've made several phone calls, sent emails, messages on Whatsapp, and engaged in chat support. On 2/20/2024, I provided my updated ID with a selfie as requested. Despite these efforts, I've received conflicting reasons for why I cannot access my account. Initially, I was informed about a transition and advised to wait 24 hours before attempting access. However, even after this waiting period, access remained elusive. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that I wasn't eligible for an account and was instructed to check back on Monday, 2/26/2024. Additionally, I was assured that if access wasn't granted, I would receive the remaining balance in the account. Disappointingly, on Monday, 2/26/2024, I still couldn't access the account. Upon contacting customer service again, I was told to provide my updated ID once more, despite having already done so. Attempting to comply through the app proved futile as it malfunctioned. Despite providing screenshots illustrating the issue to the customer service agent, I was met with the same request to update my ID. Subsequently, I was informed that no further assistance could be provided, and I was left waiting. This lack of resolution and the repeated requests for information I've already provided are not indicative of professional conduct. I am exhausted from the futile attempts to log in. At this point, I demand immediate access to my remaining funds.
