GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS As a new customer to Admiral (not my choice) I have found the whole experience disappointing with dreadful customer experience. “returning the COVID19 email while the pandemic was underway we would not be in a position to offer any support” No help, extremely dismissive and no human integrity towards small businesses in these challenging times. Simply want ££££. Don’t waste your time.

GBMy sincerest thank you. I can’t help but to express my sincerest thanks to Hayley! She had been so understanding offering assistance since the first lockdown. There is no way we can deny that no any consideration had been shown to us especially considering the cause that the COVID-19 pandemic had brought to our businesses. Even up until this 3rd lockdown, support and understanding is what I had received. A big burden had been lifted and that truly means a lot rather than having these constant worry. The time they are willing to extend means I’ll have better ways of planning my finances ahead and be more productive. From the bottom of my heart, my sincerest thank you to you Hayley and to the rest of your team. I am in a better shape to think more of my business progress and finances. Covid might had brought so much difficulties and challenges, but it definitely made businesses more supportive to each other than ever.

GBAfter using them for over 7 years and… After using them for over 7 years and never missing a payment the impact of COVID 19 and my sector closure of over 10 months and still counting i asked for time to get back on track 🤷♀️ Agressive dismissive and taking court action against me whilst my business is still in government closure they are acting money grabbing loansharks The stress of this action is making me ill They simply do not care Avoid at all costs I think post COVID their actions will show in who does business with them

GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS ruthless terrible company with no morals during a global pandemic AVOID AT ALL COSTS If i could give no stars It would be more accurate funny how they have replied to 2 out of 3 negative reviews on here the 3rd being mine from earlier this year when they took court action against me and my home whilst my business was closed by the government they would give me no further forbearance back in last Sept after I could only start working again mid August then 2 lockdowns followed and action was taken against me in court whilst we were in lockdown and I would have faced a £10,000 fine if i tried work !!! and after sending in pages of my formal complaint dealing with their solicitor trying to come to an agreement offering payments and being victimised and bullied by them they have proceeded to dismiss my complaint esp when I asked to see their duty of care policy to which they will not give me nor give me any answers to all the issues I raised They threatened to sue me for liable for telling the truth and to take down my reviews. This company has no morals The government closed my business due to a global health emergency this company is ruthless in how they handle their debtors including the legal team Greenhalgh that represent them and went against all FCA guidance Simon or Liam or Hayley or anyone else in this team dont deal with them dont give them a penny of your business they are ruthless and will stop at nothing And before they set their lawyer on me again I CONFIRM THAT THIS IS MY TRUTHFUL STATEMENT and facts and my experience of this company
