Much more attentive lenders out there Working with Will feels like working with Keanu Reeves in Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure . . . or working with some “surfer dude” on “island time.” Maybe he’ll get back to you, probably not. Maybe he’s got better things to do. Probably does. We spent an entire day putting together everything from social security cards to w-2s to bank statements. Not only did he not honor his response commitment, he simply never bothered to respond again. Ever. Left me wondering if we’d just had our information stolen. I’d avoid. Anyone who can’t make you feel like you’re the #1 customer and that their business depends on you doesn’t deserve it. This guy and operation fell WELL SHORT of that feeling for us.

My AWESOME experience! I had an AWESOME experience with Edgar and his team at Equity Prime Mortgage! They were attentive, patient, caring and so understand. They led us through the process and educated us when we did not understand. They listened to our concerns and answered our questions. Their customer service is impeccable, to say the least. Nightmare experience! Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare! The process took over 65 days, we almost lost our dream home TWICE! The underwriter fought us every step of the way on the most self explanatory things. We eventually had to involve the COO to get things moving. Our closing was delayed four times, including the day of our last signing. Stay far away from this company!

I would not recommend Equity Prime Mortgage. First major concern was when loan agent paused the loan process after the seller's agent called her and said that the deal may fall through because of tough negotiations. This caused serious stress to meet our deadlines. Then another agent sent an important document to me after 4PM that needed to be signed the same day or else the closing date would need to be postponed a day, and failed to communicate the importance until after I signed it the next day. Maybe it wouldn't have been a big deal to some but we were flying from NJ to FL for the closing and the next day the title company wasn't available, so that really put us out.

Criminals.. We have been going through this for almost 4 months and paid for 3 extensions and have no clue when we are closing. Our family is being forced to put our stuff in storage and couch surf with 5 small children. You guys are criminals. We have paid thousands of dollars in BS fees and done everything that has been asked of us. They have moved the closing date twice now and have no prospects of another date..
