Nightmare experience! Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare! The process took over 65 days, we almost lost our dream home TWICE! The underwriter fought us every step of the way on the most self explanatory things. We eventually had to involve the COO to get things moving. Our closing was delayed four times, including the day of our last signing. Stay far away from this company!

They were communicative and explained everything clearly. Ali was great in getting my loan through in an efficient manner without unneeded steps. I was very happy with the whole experience. 😭😭😭 EPM did everything to help us in the beginning. Once they knew they had our business and we were stuck, they started slacking and not telling us they needed things and not telling us what was happening and basically not communicating at all. For first time home buyer this was EXTREMELY frustrating. I will NEVER recommend EPM to anyone looking for mortgage services.

Damien Russell and Amanda Frederick - Did an Awesome Job!!! Damien was patient and very helpful. He set my expectations properly and met his commitments, even beating the turnaround time. Amanda really was helpful in getting a lien removed by connecting me to the right people and expediting the process.
