They were communicative and explained everything clearly. Ali was great in getting my loan through in an efficient manner without unneeded steps. I was very happy with the whole experience. I would not recommend Equity Prime Mortgage. First major concern was when loan agent paused the loan process after the seller's agent called her and said that the deal may fall through because of tough negotiations. This caused serious stress to meet our deadlines. Then another agent sent an important document to me after 4PM that needed to be signed the same day or else the closing date would need to be postponed a day, and failed to communicate the importance until after I signed it the next day. Maybe it wouldn't have been a big deal to some but we were flying from NJ to FL for the closing and the next day the title company wasn't available, so that really put us out.

We just wanted to say our experience was fantastic, professional & hassle free! We just wanted to say our experience with Matt and our processor Amanda at Equity was fantastic! From the very beginning Matt was up front about the process and right there to answer any questions or concerns. This was an amazingly hassle free refinance and I'd definitely recommend Equity Prime Mortgage to family and friends!!!
