Our family is being forced to put our stuff in storage and couch surf with 5 small children. You guys are criminals. We have paid thousands of dollars in BS fees and done everything that has been asked of us. They have moved the closing date twice now and have no prospects of another date..

Maybe he’s got better things to do. Probably does. We spent an entire day putting together everything from social security cards to w-2s to bank statements. Not only did he not honor his response commitment, he simply never bothered to respond again. Ever. Left me wondering if we’d just had our information stolen. I’d avoid. Anyone who can’t make you feel like you’re the #1 customer and that their business depends on you doesn’t deserve it. This guy and operation fell WELL SHORT of that feeling for us.

They were supposed to lock us in, but didn’t and kept up the charade until we could not get our earnest money back. I do a lot of real estate transactions and used them because this was an out of state purchase. Highly unprofessional and downright dishonest. I did find another lender that was true to their word!
