Maybe he’s got better things to do. Probably does. We spent an entire day putting together everything from social security cards to w-2s to bank statements. Not only did he not honor his response commitment, he simply never bothered to respond again. Ever. Left me wondering if we’d just had our information stolen. I’d avoid. Anyone who can’t make you feel like you’re the #1 customer and that their business depends on you doesn’t deserve it. This guy and operation fell WELL SHORT of that feeling for us.

The underwriter fought us every step of the way on the most self explanatory things. We eventually had to involve the COO to get things moving.
