Nightmare experience! Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare! The process took over 65 days, we almost lost our dream home TWICE! The underwriter fought us every step of the way on the most self explanatory things. We eventually had to involve the COO to get things moving. Our closing was delayed four times, including the day of our last signing. Stay far away from this company!

The team at Equity Prime were great The team at Equity Prime were great. Eric and Chris worked to get me the best mortgage program for my situation. They were communicative and explained everything clearly. Ali was great in getting my loan through in an efficient manner without unneeded steps. I was very happy with the whole experience. It was a fantastic job by everyone involved. I will not hesitate to recommend Equity Prime to my friends and family.

Bad Experience I had an awful experience with my lender. She lost several of my papers, many with sensitive information on them. She also sent the wrong documents to me in more than one occasion. She was not timely in responding back to phone calls or emails and came to closing late.

Criminals.. We have been going through this for almost 4 months and paid for 3 extensions and have no clue when we are closing. Our family is being forced to put our stuff in storage and couch surf with 5 small children. You guys are criminals. We have paid thousands of dollars in BS fees and done everything that has been asked of us. They have moved the closing date twice now and have no prospects of another date..
