GBššš EPM did everything to help us in the beginning. Once they knew they had our business and we were stuck, they started slacking and not telling us they needed things and not telling us what was happening and basically not communicating at all. For first time home buyer this was EXTREMELY frustrating. I will NEVER recommend EPM to anyone looking for mortgage services.

GBSold the loan Sold my debt to another company 12 days after closing, didn't like the way it went down. New company called the first month the mortgage was due telling me I was delinquent never even heard of the company. Took over an hour on the phone to straighten everything out.

GBNothing they quoted me turned out to be true Nothing they quoted me turned out to be true at the end. It was a bait and switch to get me to move from another lender to them. They were supposed to lock us in, but didnāt and kept up the charade until we could not get our earnest money back. I do a lot of real estate transactions and used them because this was an out of state purchase. Highly unprofessional and downright dishonest. I did find another lender that was true to their word!

GBCriminals.. We have been going through this for almost 4 months and paid for 3 extensions and have no clue when we are closing. Our family is being forced to put our stuff in storage and couch surf with 5 small children. You guys are criminals. We have paid thousands of dollars in BS fees and done everything that has been asked of us. They have moved the closing date twice now and have no prospects of another date..

GBMuch more attentive lenders out there Working with Will feels like working with Keanu Reeves in Bill and Tedās Excellent Adventure . . . or working with some āsurfer dudeā on āisland time.ā Maybe heāll get back to you, probably not. Maybe heās got better things to do. Probably does. We spent an entire day putting together everything from social security cards to w-2s to bank statements. Not only did he not honor his response commitment, he simply never bothered to respond again. Ever. Left me wondering if weād just had our information stolen. Iād avoid. Anyone who canāt make you feel like youāre the #1 customer and that their business depends on you doesnāt deserve it. This guy and operation fell WELL SHORT of that feeling for us.
