They were supposed to lock us in, but didn’t and kept up the charade until we could not get our earnest money back. I do a lot of real estate transactions and used them because this was an out of state purchase. Highly unprofessional and downright dishonest. I did find another lender that was true to their word!

Each member of the team was on top of every detail and I didn't need to re-explain anything. Besides the low interest rate, the biggest thing was the much lower than expected closing costs.
