Easy to understand and use - took docs right off my hard drive and sent them over, no mail, no copies, no faxing - very convenient

😭😭😭 EPM did everything to help us in the beginning. Once they knew they had our business and we were stuck, they started slacking and not telling us they needed things and not telling us what was happening and basically not communicating at all. For first time home buyer this was EXTREMELY frustrating. I will NEVER recommend EPM to anyone looking for mortgage services.
