Sold the loan Sold my debt to another company 12 days after closing, didn't like the way it went down. New company called the first month the mortgage was due telling me I was delinquent never even heard of the company. Took over an hour on the phone to straighten everything out.

Not only has Steve Carpitella and his staff saved me thousands of dollars, his sound financial advice has allowed me to utilize my assets to make other real estate investments that I never thought were possible. The staff is so thorough, make the process so easy and they are prompt. I have not found the level of customer service anywhere that I get with Equity Prime.

Much more attentive lenders out there Working with Will feels like working with Keanu Reeves in Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure . . . or working with some “surfer dude” on “island time.” Maybe he’ll get back to you, probably not. Maybe he’s got better things to do. Probably does. We spent an entire day putting together everything from social security cards to w-2s to bank statements. Not only did he not honor his response commitment, he simply never bothered to respond again. Ever. Left me wondering if we’d just had our information stolen. I’d avoid. Anyone who can’t make you feel like you’re the #1 customer and that their business depends on you doesn’t deserve it. This guy and operation fell WELL SHORT of that feeling for us.

Damien Russell and Amanda Frederick - Did an Awesome Job!!! Damien was patient and very helpful. He set my expectations properly and met his commitments, even beating the turnaround time. Amanda really was helpful in getting a lien removed by connecting me to the right people and expediting the process. In the end, I would recommend going with Equity Prime and will use them again on my next Home Loan purchase!
