However, when Mrs. Cottman and her team began to process my loan the impossible became possible. I am so elated to Equityprime for their commitment to my case as if I was the only one. I would not recommend Equity Prime Mortgage. First major concern was when loan agent paused the loan process after the seller's agent called her and said that the deal may fall through because of tough negotiations. This caused serious stress to meet our deadlines. Then another agent sent an important document to me after 4PM that needed to be signed the same day or else the closing date would need to be postponed a day, and failed to communicate the importance until after I signed it the next day. Maybe it wouldn't have been a big deal to some but we were flying from NJ to FL for the closing and the next day the title company wasn't available, so that really put us out.
