Nightmare experience! Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare! The process took over 65 days, we almost lost our dream home TWICE! The underwriter fought us every step of the way on the most self explanatory things. We eventually had to involve the COO to get things moving. Our closing was delayed four times, including the day of our last signing. Stay far away from this company!

They led us through the process and educated us when we did not understand. They listened to our concerns and answered our questions. Their customer service is impeccable, to say the least. Sold the loan Sold my debt to another company 12 days after closing, didn't like the way it went down. New company called the first month the mortgage was due telling me I was delinquent never even heard of the company. Took over an hour on the phone to straighten everything out.

Nothing they quoted me turned out to be true Nothing they quoted me turned out to be true at the end. It was a bait and switch to get me to move from another lender to them. They were supposed to lock us in, but didn’t and kept up the charade until we could not get our earnest money back. I do a lot of real estate transactions and used them because this was an out of state purchase. Highly unprofessional and downright dishonest. I did find another lender that was true to their word!
