They led us through the process and educated us when we did not understand. They listened to our concerns and answered our questions. Their customer service is impeccable, to say the least. Criminals.. We have been going through this for almost 4 months and paid for 3 extensions and have no clue when we are closing. Our family is being forced to put our stuff in storage and couch surf with 5 small children. You guys are criminals. We have paid thousands of dollars in BS fees and done everything that has been asked of us. They have moved the closing date twice now and have no prospects of another date..

Christian Sorenson of Equity Prime… Christian Sorenson of Equity Prime Mortgage is hands down the best wholesale account executive I have worked with and am working with. I like to commend Chief Lending Officer Kevin DeLory and CEO Eddy Perez Jr for running a great Mortgage Banking company that change lives.

I would not recommend Equity Prime Mortgage. First major concern was when loan agent paused the loan process after the seller's agent called her and said that the deal may fall through because of tough negotiations. This caused serious stress to meet our deadlines. Then another agent sent an important document to me after 4PM that needed to be signed the same day or else the closing date would need to be postponed a day, and failed to communicate the importance until after I signed it the next day. Maybe it wouldn't have been a big deal to some but we were flying from NJ to FL for the closing and the next day the title company wasn't available, so that really put us out.

Bad Experience I had an awful experience with my lender. She lost several of my papers, many with sensitive information on them. She also sent the wrong documents to me in more than one occasion. She was not timely in responding back to phone calls or emails and came to closing late.
