Amanda really was helpful in getting a lien removed by connecting me to the right people and expediting the process. In the end, I would recommend going with Equity Prime and will use them again on my next Home Loan purchase!

Yes, they were a bit slow because of being backed up, but ultimately got my clear to close a week prior to closing, helping me to relax a bit. The CEO eddy even took the time to respond to me on a sunday. Highly recommend going through equity prime.

I worked with several different team members at different phases of the mortgage process from initial estimates, to paperwork collection, and underwriting. Each member of the team was on top of every detail and I didn't need to re-explain anything. Besides the low interest rate, the biggest thing was the much lower than expected closing costs.
