However, when Mrs. Cottman and her team began to process my loan the impossible became possible. I am so elated to Equityprime for their commitment to my case as if I was the only one. You would not be disappointed and everyone that I know that speaks to me on purchasing a home, I will refer to Equityprime.

I would not recommend Equity Prime Mortgage. First major concern was when loan agent paused the loan process after the seller's agent called her and said that the deal may fall through because of tough negotiations. This caused serious stress to meet our deadlines. Then another agent sent an important document to me after 4PM that needed to be signed the same day or else the closing date would need to be postponed a day, and failed to communicate the importance until after I signed it the next day. Maybe it wouldn't have been a big deal to some but we were flying from NJ to FL for the closing and the next day the title company wasn't available, so that really put us out.

great experience with equity prime great experience with equity prime, actually one of the easiest transactions ive ever had...in the middle of a pandemic at that. Yes, they were a bit slow because of being backed up, but ultimately got my clear to close a week prior to closing, helping me to relax a bit. The CEO eddy even took the time to respond to me on a sunday. Highly recommend going through equity prime.

Criminals.. We have been going through this for almost 4 months and paid for 3 extensions and have no clue when we are closing. Our family is being forced to put our stuff in storage and couch surf with 5 small children. You guys are criminals. We have paid thousands of dollars in BS fees and done everything that has been asked of us. They have moved the closing date twice now and have no prospects of another date..

First Time Homeowner!! The team at Equity Prime Mortgage did a great job! I worked with several different team members at different phases of the mortgage process from initial estimates, to paperwork collection, and underwriting. Each member of the team was on top of every detail and I didn't need to re-explain anything. Besides the low interest rate, the biggest thing was the much lower than expected closing costs. They closed the deal on time!
