Amanda really was helpful in getting a lien removed by connecting me to the right people and expediting the process. Criminals.. We have been going through this for almost 4 months and paid for 3 extensions and have no clue when we are closing. Our family is being forced to put our stuff in storage and couch surf with 5 small children. You guys are criminals. We have paid thousands of dollars in BS fees and done everything that has been asked of us. They have moved the closing date twice now and have no prospects of another date..

Nightmare experience! Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare! The process took over 65 days, we almost lost our dream home TWICE! The underwriter fought us every step of the way on the most self explanatory things. We eventually had to involve the COO to get things moving. Our closing was delayed four times, including the day of our last signing. Stay far away from this company!

To get pre-approved for my 203k loan, they first had to help me increase my credit score, which they helped me increase my score by 100 points within 3 months. Afterwards they were a great team to have going into the table and were very organized, intelligent, and helpful throughout the entire process of buying a home. I highly recommend them!
