GBDeMarco refinance Everything went fairly smoothly, always a few hiccups in this type of transaction but compared to some of the horror show closings I've gone through in the past this one was great. Website for uploading docs is second to none and really sped the proces up a lot. Easy to understand and use - took docs right off my hard drive and sent them over, no mail, no copies, no faxing - very convenient

GB😭😭😭 EPM did everything to help us in the beginning. Once they knew they had our business and we were stuck, they started slacking and not telling us they needed things and not telling us what was happening and basically not communicating at all. For first time home buyer this was EXTREMELY frustrating. I will NEVER recommend EPM to anyone looking for mortgage services.

GBBad Experience I had an awful experience with my lender. She lost several of my papers, many with sensitive information on them. She also sent the wrong documents to me in more than one occasion. She was not timely in responding back to phone calls or emails and came to closing late.

GBDamien Russell and Amanda Frederick - Did an Awesome Job!!! Damien was patient and very helpful. He set my expectations properly and met his commitments, even beating the turnaround time. Amanda really was helpful in getting a lien removed by connecting me to the right people and expediting the process. In the end, I would recommend going with Equity Prime and will use them again on my next Home Loan purchase!

GBMuch more attentive lenders out there Working with Will feels like working with Keanu Reeves in Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure . . . or working with some “surfer dude” on “island time.” Maybe he’ll get back to you, probably not. Maybe he’s got better things to do. Probably does. We spent an entire day putting together everything from social security cards to w-2s to bank statements. Not only did he not honor his response commitment, he simply never bothered to respond again. Ever. Left me wondering if we’d just had our information stolen. I’d avoid. Anyone who can’t make you feel like you’re the #1 customer and that their business depends on you doesn’t deserve it. This guy and operation fell WELL SHORT of that feeling for us.
