Equity Prime is the best! I have utilized Equity Prime three times to refinance my primary residence. Not only has Steve Carpitella and his staff saved me thousands of dollars, his sound financial advice has allowed me to utilize my assets to make other real estate investments that I never thought were possible. Criminals.. We have been going through this for almost 4 months and paid for 3 extensions and have no clue when we are closing. Our family is being forced to put our stuff in storage and couch surf with 5 small children. You guys are criminals. We have paid thousands of dollars in BS fees and done everything that has been asked of us. They have moved the closing date twice now and have no prospects of another date..
