Nothing they quoted me turned out to be true Nothing they quoted me turned out to be true at the end. It was a bait and switch to get me to move from another lender to them. They were supposed to lock us in, but didn’t and kept up the charade until we could not get our earnest money back. I do a lot of real estate transactions and used them because this was an out of state purchase. Highly unprofessional and downright dishonest. I did find another lender that was true to their word!

They were communicative and explained everything clearly. Ali was great in getting my loan through in an efficient manner without unneeded steps. I was very happy with the whole experience. 😭😭😭 EPM did everything to help us in the beginning. Once they knew they had our business and we were stuck, they started slacking and not telling us they needed things and not telling us what was happening and basically not communicating at all. For first time home buyer this was EXTREMELY frustrating. I will NEVER recommend EPM to anyone looking for mortgage services.
