Great service from start to finish! Mr. Terpay and the team at Equityprime did an amazing job from preapproval all the way to closing. To get pre-approved for my 203k loan, they first had to help me increase my credit score, which they helped me increase my score by 100 points within 3 months. Afterwards they were a great team to have going into the table and were very organized, intelligent, and helpful throughout the entire process of buying a home. I highly recommend them!

Criminals.. We have been going through this for almost 4 months and paid for 3 extensions and have no clue when we are closing. Our family is being forced to put our stuff in storage and couch surf with 5 small children. You guys are criminals. We have paid thousands of dollars in BS fees and done everything that has been asked of us. They have moved the closing date twice now and have no prospects of another date..

I worked with several different team members at different phases of the mortgage process from initial estimates, to paperwork collection, and underwriting. Each member of the team was on top of every detail and I didn't need to re-explain anything. Besides the low interest rate, the biggest thing was the much lower than expected closing costs.
