Equity Prime is the best! I have utilized Equity Prime three times to refinance my primary residence. Not only has Steve Carpitella and his staff saved me thousands of dollars, his sound financial advice has allowed me to utilize my assets to make other real estate investments that I never thought were possible. I have recommended Equity Prime to my family and friends who also have nothing but great things to say about Equity Prime, from first time home buyers to refinancing. The staff is so thorough, make the process so easy and they are prompt. I have not found the level of customer service anywhere that I get with Equity Prime.

Sold the loan Sold my debt to another company 12 days after closing, didn't like the way it went down. New company called the first month the mortgage was due telling me I was delinquent never even heard of the company. Took over an hour on the phone to straighten everything out.

😭😭😭 EPM did everything to help us in the beginning. Once they knew they had our business and we were stuck, they started slacking and not telling us they needed things and not telling us what was happening and basically not communicating at all. For first time home buyer this was EXTREMELY frustrating. I will NEVER recommend EPM to anyone looking for mortgage services.

I would not recommend Equity Prime Mortgage. First major concern was when loan agent paused the loan process after the seller's agent called her and said that the deal may fall through because of tough negotiations. This caused serious stress to meet our deadlines. Then another agent sent an important document to me after 4PM that needed to be signed the same day or else the closing date would need to be postponed a day, and failed to communicate the importance until after I signed it the next day. Maybe it wouldn't have been a big deal to some but we were flying from NJ to FL for the closing and the next day the title company wasn't available, so that really put us out.

Before coming to Equityprime Before coming to Equityprime, I truly thought that purchasing a home was not going to be an option for me. However, when Mrs. Cottman and her team began to process my loan the impossible became possible. I am so elated to Equityprime for their commitment to my case as if I was the only one. You would not be disappointed and everyone that I know that speaks to me on purchasing a home, I will refer to Equityprime.
