They were communicative and explained everything clearly. Ali was great in getting my loan through in an efficient manner without unneeded steps. I was very happy with the whole experience. It was a fantastic job by everyone involved. I will not hesitate to recommend Equity Prime to my friends and family.

Equityprime made the experience smooth … Equityprime made the experience smooth and easy. Our mortgage officer, Mike Carvajal, was always available for questions, guidance, and to offer help when needed. His team went above and beyond to make sure our loan went through.

I would not recommend Equity Prime Mortgage. First major concern was when loan agent paused the loan process after the seller's agent called her and said that the deal may fall through because of tough negotiations. This caused serious stress to meet our deadlines. Then another agent sent an important document to me after 4PM that needed to be signed the same day or else the closing date would need to be postponed a day, and failed to communicate the importance until after I signed it the next day. Maybe it wouldn't have been a big deal to some but we were flying from NJ to FL for the closing and the next day the title company wasn't available, so that really put us out.

I like to commend Chief Lending Officer Kevin DeLory and CEO Eddy Perez Jr for running a great Mortgage Banking company that change lives.

😭😭😭 EPM did everything to help us in the beginning. Once they knew they had our business and we were stuck, they started slacking and not telling us they needed things and not telling us what was happening and basically not communicating at all. For first time home buyer this was EXTREMELY frustrating. I will NEVER recommend EPM to anyone looking for mortgage services.
