Yes, they were a bit slow because of being backed up, but ultimately got my clear to close a week prior to closing, helping me to relax a bit. The CEO eddy even took the time to respond to me on a sunday. Highly recommend going through equity prime.

I would not recommend Equity Prime Mortgage. First major concern was when loan agent paused the loan process after the seller's agent called her and said that the deal may fall through because of tough negotiations. This caused serious stress to meet our deadlines. Then another agent sent an important document to me after 4PM that needed to be signed the same day or else the closing date would need to be postponed a day, and failed to communicate the importance until after I signed it the next day. Maybe it wouldn't have been a big deal to some but we were flying from NJ to FL for the closing and the next day the title company wasn't available, so that really put us out.

My AWESOME experience! I had an AWESOME experience with Edgar and his team at Equity Prime Mortgage! They were attentive, patient, caring and so understand. They led us through the process and educated us when we did not understand. They listened to our concerns and answered our questions. Their customer service is impeccable, to say the least. Bad Experience I had an awful experience with my lender. She lost several of my papers, many with sensitive information on them. She also sent the wrong documents to me in more than one occasion. She was not timely in responding back to phone calls or emails and came to closing late.

Sold the loan Sold my debt to another company 12 days after closing, didn't like the way it went down. New company called the first month the mortgage was due telling me I was delinquent never even heard of the company. Took over an hour on the phone to straighten everything out.
