USWhen it boils down to customer service When it boils down to customer service, I have to say in person is fine with this bank, but over the phone it is a hit and miss. You ask for a call back they don't return phone calls. I called the bank on Wednesday, October, 19th, at 9:20am and requested information regarding a loan for possibly 10k for my kids Orthodontist / bills. I asked the rep who would call me back in regards to how much monthly payments would be overall, so that way if I like the monthly amount I will swing by. The rep stated Cassandra will call you back. During the day no return call, so I called back same day and the same rep stated oh she didn't forget about you, just alittle busy, so I of course said no problem. Now 3 days later still no call back. The reason I gave 3 stars is due to someone the rates they have there are fair and decent. The overall loans for vehicles, credit cards, and signature loans are fair, but mortgages right now are iffy and they will match the interest rates, same for vehicles just need to show proof.
