I can't transfer my crypto to another company because the "Withdrawal" option is disabled. I reached out to their support within the application. They will reactivate the Withdrawal of the crypto for a fee of 50 USDT, which I paid. They asked me to upload documents of my identity which I did. Still the account is under review and cannot withdraw my crypto.
