Orders Received I had 2 very good interactions with this company earlier in the year. My orders were shipped within 2 days. I placed another order recently and they did not ship after the 2 days as stated on their website. So I contacted them on the 3rd day on their messaging service from their website. They re-assured me it would ship on that same day. reason they gave me was "Super Busy, and couldnt keep up with demand" Sure enough I did receive tracking info on the 3rd day after i placed my order. Both miners are good and most importantly the customer service from Bithay was great . I recommend them to friends and business partners.

Good Price, Great product and Quick emails. By far the best communication from any ASIC mining company. I Bought an S19j 104th, the dispatch time was fast and the Bitmain warranty is still 349 days when it arrived. They were able to answer all my questions and delivered my miner exactly to the day when they said they would. Could not have been happier to have gone with Bithay. Very Trustworthy Seller!

With this company all I get is delays With this company all I get is delays. I never receive my miners on Time always 1 month and up to 3 months late. I pay extra, almost $200 for shipping for a miner that supposed to arrive in November yet 2 months later I get it. If I wanted to wait the extra 2 months I would have ordered the later batch and paid a cheaper price I have had 3 power supplies that where not working and when I contact them they say send it to bitmain yet bitmain wont cover it because it was clearly used and did not come from bitmain and im told i have to cover the cost if I wanted fix. Out of all the orders I’ve made only 1 shipment i never received I contacted Bithay they said they will look into it and when DHL confirms to me I never got it and i send proof to bithay they will not respond and ignore me. They will not take responsibility for anything and always blame someone else and never help you if there's any issues.
