PLDisappointing Experience with Strike Company Im extremely disappointed with my expirience with strike company. I was promised bonuses for refetting new customers, but unforunetly, the company failed to deliver on its promises. Not only did they fail to honor the bonuses, but they also provided missleading reponses to my ticket email. Despite folloowing the terms and conditions of the program reffeel which stated a limit of 80 referrals, I was told that I had exceeded the limit with only 24 referrals. This discrepncy between the started terms and the actual implementation is uncceptable and reflects poorly on the company integrity. To make matter worse the company abruptly ended the referral program without providing any nofications via email or push the strike app.

GBbeen an ongoing issue for days andβ¦ been an ongoing issue for days and today is worst yet my btc withdrawal has been pending for over 7 and half hours sent 6:08 pm FINALLY sent successfully at 1:40 am) and since was a purchase with discount included, I had to send in other app then 7 hours later it decides send so payed twice, and with constant fluctuating of btc value/price, by time sent it was for less than amt paid and sent so still wasn't enough for item, again took 7 hours pending from the strike app. this isn't a 1 time issue it's been this way for near 2 weeks now and I make several transactions a day each day, and its been constant usually 2-3 hours but today was 7 hours. and Noone there to answer or check into it and wleven when they are they don't give a π© cashapp may charge $1 fee but they atleast send the btc within 20 min or less WILL NOT USE THIS APP AGAIN ID SUGGEST NOONE ELSE DO SO EITHER. update the next day: they emailed once to tell me it was sent (so kind of them, eh?)

CAIncompetent and disorganized platform I recently tried to buy bitcoin with money I deposited from my bank account. Twice I tried to verify my account with drivers license and face recognition. Both times I was denied for no reason. I have received emails from their customer service that do not address any of my questions. They only say things like: "Your recent request was denied as we were unable to authenticate your account. It will not be possible to open an account with us." They do not say why their faulty id verification does not work or a way to fix the problem. Nothing but frustration with this incompetent organization.
