Incompetent and disorganized platform I recently tried to buy bitcoin with money I deposited from my bank account. Twice I tried to verify my account with drivers license and face recognition. Both times I was denied for no reason. I have received emails from their customer service that do not address any of my questions. They only say things like: "Your recent request was denied as we were unable to authenticate your account. It will not be possible to open an account with us." They do not say why their faulty id verification does not work or a way to fix the problem. Nothing but frustration with this incompetent organization.
