Scam Never been able to log into account. Forgot password does not work. Emailed multiple times won’t cancel without logging in. When requesting forgot password does not send. Months being billed without being able to stop it. Never used or been able to use the software. Probably the worst customer service ever experienced.

Although I thought I had communicated that, my subscription in fact auto-renewed. So I requested cancellation and a refund, and these were processed promptly and professionally. Thank you

I didn't ask for a Rolls Royce or a Rolex, I just asked for the money I paid for a service that DOES NOT WORK. Shrimpy doesn't want to give back what he received for a service that doesn't work. Excellent platform Excellent platform. Well thought out and a great dashboard. My rebalancing strategy wasn’t making money and was underperforming HODLing with all large cap coins s and the fees on Coinbase are too high, in my opinion, to make money rebalancing with small investments.
