GBBeware of renewal fee without any notice I was using Shrimpy; it was working well most of the time. Then I decided to become a "leader" that is where it started to get tricky; they are supposed to transfer a certain percentage of profit generated by your subscribers to you. I found them not transparent in accounting for profits and commissions, to say the least, and decided just to stop using them several months ago. Then yesterday, without ANY prior notice, I was charged for the year ahead. Support refuses to refund. Support also claims that payment notifications had been sent, but this is a lie; the inbox doesn't have anything of this sort, and I'm ready to prove it. UPD: got refunded through PayPal dispute

GBPossible Scam Firstly, their Index bot randomly bought a crap coin with 99% of my portfolio. They acknowlged it happened but did't explain why or how. Secondly, I paid them $756 dollars for my subscription by mistake then for some reason they couldn't find the transaction for a month. When they finally did after lots of chasing they only gave me a partial refund. I'm starting to think this is a scam.

GBNew to Crypto, Shrimpy is not so Newbie freindly... I am new to Crypto and even though I have learned a lot since I dove in back in Sept. 2021, I got Shrimpy thru a recommendation which I found after I purchased the yearly subscription and then found a big learning curve, so I just let it sit there. Fortunetly, thru another group I became better educated and since their program is not currently using binance.us, I got back into Shrimpy armed with what I learned but then even though I am able to do trades for accumulation, I am still finding Shrimpy difficult, not so much to use but understanding how to use it. I think they need to have a training section called 'Shrimpy for Dummies'!

FROnly 3/5 !? This is inaccurate Only 3/5 !? Shrimpy deserve a 5/5. They succeed to make simple indexes/portfolios management unlike competitors (I have tried) and without pointless "technical" sequins and gloss. Blog posts are old but still relevant and very instructive, in particular those about backtesting.

GBI received good service recently from Alyssa at Shrimpy Support. I received good service recently from Alyssa and other at Shrimpy support. My automations on Gate.io had failed, and Alyssa's information, which was sent to me approx half a day after I emailed, explained the occurrence. I fixed it by, basically just waiting and renewing the API. But if I'd needed the support to act, they were there and in the loop, responding to me.
