GBExcellent platform Excellent platform. Well thought out and a great dashboard. My rebalancing strategy wasn’t making money and was underperforming HODLing with all large cap coins s and the fees on Coinbase are too high, in my opinion, to make money rebalancing with small investments.

INGood Idea That is Poorly Executed For the service that is provided, it should be free. Strategy managers / leaders have to change their style of trading to be compatible with Shrimpy or the followers lose their money. Often, trades by leaders don't even get copied. Stopped paying for the service after a few months. Right idea but poor execution leading to losses.

CHThis platform is a complete chaos This platform is a complete chaos. They‘re putting a lot of time into actively encourageing leaders to charge a fee which they get a share from. But the HWM system is a complete mess, they are unable to get it to work and many followers got ripped off. Instead of fixxing the HWM issue within a year of time they suddenly changed the fee system without any announcements. I think they really SUCK at software development (I‘m a dev myself and its just ridiculous to see how long it takes for them to get the most trivial stuff to work) and only focus on how to make as much money as possible from the users.

AUDon't trust this company or software… Don't trust this company or software with your money. I have experienced 10 major issues over 12 months of use. Including Stop Losses being missed or being activated accidentally. Resulting in thousands of dollars being lost or tax conditions being triggered. Worst part is the support is full of excuses and will never compensate you for your losses as they are not governed by anyone and will ignore you as they please, even blocking you from leaving negative comments on all their platforms. I don't understand your response? I stopped using this faulty software after it failed me the 3rd time and your support team simply responded with 'bad luck'.

GBBeware of renewal fee without any notice I was using Shrimpy; it was working well most of the time. Then I decided to become a "leader" that is where it started to get tricky; they are supposed to transfer a certain percentage of profit generated by your subscribers to you. I found them not transparent in accounting for profits and commissions, to say the least, and decided just to stop using them several months ago. Then yesterday, without ANY prior notice, I was charged for the year ahead. Support refuses to refund. Support also claims that payment notifications had been sent, but this is a lie; the inbox doesn't have anything of this sort, and I'm ready to prove it. UPD: got refunded through PayPal dispute
