Possible Scam Firstly, their Index bot randomly bought a crap coin with 99% of my portfolio. They acknowlged it happened but did't explain why or how. Secondly, I paid them $756 dollars for my subscription by mistake then for some reason they couldn't find the transaction for a month. When they finally did after lots of chasing they only gave me a partial refund. I'm starting to think this is a scam.

Good experience Good experience. I like using shrimpy to set my stop loss. However, I wish there is an option to pick a portfolio to allocate all asset instead of always default to use primary portfolio (when set up my automation). Thx.

Shrimpy is my nr 1 Choice for rebalancing I have been a customer for a long time now. I have several portfolio's for several strategies I use. As for rebalancing Shrimpy is my very best choice. Good service Good service. Can be cumbersome to learn and configure, but worth it. Update: Removed 1 star for providing my email address to TrustPilot, which is now spamming me. :/ Also, commissions should be paid immediately for referrals. Something changed with the referral program AFTER I had gotten a referral - and I still haven't gotten paid for it. Update #2: I started receiving marketing emails from TrustPilot after the survey was completed. And they are being sent to a unique email address that I only provided to shrimpy. Don't provide customer information to other companies, please, or this could happen. Per my correspondence from Shrimpy, the referral program was changed in October 2021. I have a referral on the books from prior to that date that still hasn't been paid.

I decided not to renew my account for a…- see comment above I decided not to renew my account for a further year, due to the fact that I have wound up making almost no trades. Although I thought I had communicated that, my subscription in fact auto-renewed. So I requested cancellation and a refund, and these were processed promptly and professionally. Thank you
