GBI received good service recently from Alyssa at Shrimpy Support. I received good service recently from Alyssa and other at Shrimpy support. My automations on Gate.io had failed, and Alyssa's information, which was sent to me approx half a day after I emailed, explained the occurrence. I fixed it by, basically just waiting and renewing the API. But if I'd needed the support to act, they were there and in the loop, responding to me.

GBExcellent platform Excellent platform. Well thought out and a great dashboard. My rebalancing strategy wasn’t making money and was underperforming HODLing with all large cap coins s and the fees on Coinbase are too high, in my opinion, to make money rebalancing with small investments.

NLStumbled upon shrimpy upon googling for… Stumbled upon shrimpy when googling for crypto automation bots when it was still for free. It's a great choice if you are looking for copy trading crypto portfolios of experts. For me it certainly brought me profits much higher than the market rate. It's user friendly, transparent and practical. It's not perfect but they are always improving whilst including customer feedback. Definetly recommend it overall!

GBScam Never been able to log into account. Forgot password does not work. Emailed multiple times won’t cancel without logging in. When requesting forgot password does not send. Months being billed without being able to stop it. Never used or been able to use the software. Probably the worst customer service ever experienced.

CHThis platform is a complete chaos This platform is a complete chaos. They‘re putting a lot of time into actively encourageing leaders to charge a fee which they get a share from. But the HWM system is a complete mess, they are unable to get it to work and many followers got ripped off. Instead of fixxing the HWM issue within a year of time they suddenly changed the fee system without any announcements. I think they really SUCK at software development (I‘m a dev myself and its just ridiculous to see how long it takes for them to get the most trivial stuff to work) and only focus on how to make as much money as possible from the users.
