Possible Scam Firstly, their Index bot randomly bought a crap coin with 99% of my portfolio. They acknowlged it happened but did't explain why or how. Secondly, I paid them $756 dollars for my subscription by mistake then for some reason they couldn't find the transaction for a month. When they finally did after lots of chasing they only gave me a partial refund. I'm starting to think this is a scam.

Worst part is the support is full of excuses and will never compensate you for your losses as they are not governed by anyone and will ignore you as they please, even blocking you from leaving negative comments on all their platforms. I don't understand your response? I stopped using this faulty software after it failed me the 3rd time and your support team simply responded with 'bad luck'.
