Don't provide customer information to other companies, please, or this could happen. Per my correspondence from Shrimpy, the referral program was changed in October 2021. I have a referral on the books from prior to that date that still hasn't been paid.

Scam Never been able to log into account. Forgot password does not work. Emailed multiple times won’t cancel without logging in. When requesting forgot password does not send. Months being billed without being able to stop it. Never used or been able to use the software. Probably the worst customer service ever experienced.

Good Idea That is Poorly Executed For the service that is provided, it should be free. Strategy managers / leaders have to change their style of trading to be compatible with Shrimpy or the followers lose their money. Often, trades by leaders don't even get copied. Stopped paying for the service after a few months. Right idea but poor execution leading to losses.
