Stumbled upon shrimpy upon googling for… Stumbled upon shrimpy when googling for crypto automation bots when it was still for free. It's a great choice if you are looking for copy trading crypto portfolios of experts. For me it certainly brought me profits much higher than the market rate. It's user friendly, transparent and practical. It's not perfect but they are always improving whilst including customer feedback. Definetly recommend it overall!

I received good service recently from Alyssa at Shrimpy Support. I received good service recently from Alyssa and other at Shrimpy support. My automations on Gate.io had failed, and Alyssa's information, which was sent to me approx half a day after I emailed, explained the occurrence. I fixed it by, basically just waiting and renewing the API. But if I'd needed the support to act, they were there and in the loop, responding to me.

Good portfolio manager platform Overall useful portfolio management platform. It has some bugs which messed up my trades but hopefully they can improve that in the future.

bitter sweet Overall recommended. Two things missing: a. better performance charts - did I make money or loose money? is the chart going up me adding funds or asset price going up? b. ability to manually create portfolio from coins I have on give exchange; i would love to high level way easily control my pf spread over 4 exchanges without having to log into them

Beware of renewal fee without any notice I was using Shrimpy; it was working well most of the time. Then I decided to become a "leader" that is where it started to get tricky; they are supposed to transfer a certain percentage of profit generated by your subscribers to you. I found them not transparent in accounting for profits and commissions, to say the least, and decided just to stop using them several months ago. Then yesterday, without ANY prior notice, I was charged for the year ahead. Support refuses to refund. Support also claims that payment notifications had been sent, but this is a lie; the inbox doesn't have anything of this sort, and I'm ready to prove it. UPD: got refunded through PayPal dispute
