New to Crypto, Shrimpy is not so Newbie freindly... I am new to Crypto and even though I have learned a lot since I dove in back in Sept. 2021, I got Shrimpy thru a recommendation which I found after I purchased the yearly subscription and then found a big learning curve, so I just let it sit there. Fortunetly, thru another group I became better educated and since their program is not currently using binance.us, I got back into Shrimpy armed with what I learned but then even though I am able to do trades for accumulation, I am still finding Shrimpy difficult, not so much to use but understanding how to use it. I think they need to have a training section called 'Shrimpy for Dummies'!

Don't trust this company or software… Don't trust this company or software with your money. I have experienced 10 major issues over 12 months of use. Including Stop Losses being missed or being activated accidentally. Resulting in thousands of dollars being lost or tax conditions being triggered. Worst part is the support is full of excuses and will never compensate you for your losses as they are not governed by anyone and will ignore you as they please, even blocking you from leaving negative comments on all their platforms. I don't understand your response? I stopped using this faulty software after it failed me the 3rd time and your support team simply responded with 'bad luck'.

Solid Site for a Rebalance Strategy ...only dropped a star because I liked it more when a manual rebalance was easy from the dashboard and the chat was more general (only split between support and users trading strategies). Now you have to follow a leader and participate in that particular leaders chat. Not as much general info gleaned from following one person. Still the simplest way to use a portfolio rebalancing strategy though. Clean, easy to understand site.

Good service Good service. Can be cumbersome to learn and configure, but worth it. Update: Removed 1 star for providing my email address to TrustPilot, which is now spamming me. :/ Also, commissions should be paid immediately for referrals. Something changed with the referral program AFTER I had gotten a referral - and I still haven't gotten paid for it. Update #2: I started receiving marketing emails from TrustPilot after the survey was completed. And they are being sent to a unique email address that I only provided to shrimpy. Don't provide customer information to other companies, please, or this could happen. Per my correspondence from Shrimpy, the referral program was changed in October 2021. I have a referral on the books from prior to that date that still hasn't been paid.

Only 3/5 !? This is inaccurate Only 3/5 !? Shrimpy deserve a 5/5. They succeed to make simple indexes/portfolios management unlike competitors (I have tried) and without pointless "technical" sequins and gloss. Blog posts are old but still relevant and very instructive, in particular those about backtesting.
