ZFX Made Excuses to Delay My Withdrawal ZFX has been delaying my withdrawal for a long time. When I wanted to withdraw money, ZFX asked me to verify KYC again, and I cooperated in submitting documents such as taking a selfie with my ID card, but ZFX once again put forward new requirements to block my withdrawal. If these new requirements were necessary to deposit and withdraw money at ZFX, they should have been fully verified before I made the deposit. Now these new requirements are the excuse used by ZFX to stop me from withdrawing money, and ZFX keeps making new requirements so that I can never withdraw money smoothly.

Beware of Zeal Captial - A Nightmare Experience I want to share my dreadful experience with Zeal Capital (ZFX), and I strongly advise anyone considering this broker for forex trading to think twice. My interaction with them has been nothing short of a disaster from the beginning, and I felt compelled to warn others. 1. Lack of Transparency: From the outset, I noticed a severe lack of transparency with Zeal Capital (ZFX). They promised low spreads and quick withdrawals, but the reality was far from it. Hidden fees and unfavorable slippage quickly ate into my profits, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth. 2. Poor Customer Service: The customer service at Zeal Capital (ZFX) is appalling. Whenever I had an issue or question, it took ages to get a response. It seemed like they were intentionally avoiding resolving problems and providing explanations for discrepancies in trades. 3. Shady Practices: I suspect that Zeal Capital (ZFX) engages in shady practices. My trades are frequently executed at worse prices than the market rate, and it's not a coincidence. I believe they manipulate prices to benefit themselves at the expense of their clients. 4. Withdrawal Nightmares: Withdrawing funds from my account was an absolute nightmare. The process was unnecessarily convoluted, and it took weeks to see my money. They claimed to have "processing delays," but it felt more like a deliberate tactic to keep my funds tied up in their platform. 5. Unreliable Trading Platform: The trading platform provided by Zeal Capital (ZFX) is unreliable at best. It frequently experienced outages during crucial trading moments, leading to missed opportunities and financial losses.

Scammers, stay clear of this broker All good until I tried to withdraw my profits. I started with 1000 $. Did a small withdrawal to test the site, all good. After a while the capital was up to around 1600 $. 1000$ withdrawal: all good. Then, a couple weeks later I decided to also move the profit to another broker, so I tried to withdraw the remaining 559 $. First, they told me I had to provide my Skrill or Neteller account. I told them their regulation never mentions shady external apps to process my money. It simply says all withdrawals exceeding the initial deposit must go straight the bank account. So they asked for my bank account details. My bank account was already verified, so they already had all the info, but for some reason I still have to provide them again, twice. Then they told me they ordered the bank transfer and provided a bank statement of the operation. At this point it's pretty safe to assume it was a fake document. It says the transfer was ordered on july 17, but I still have to receive my money. So basically these scammers simply give the initial deposit back and refuse to transfer any profit. The customer service simply keeps repeating the bank transfer is fine on their side, when it clearly hasn't even been ordered. The good thing is, I always try these shady third-world brokers with small amounts of money, so the loss isn't a big deal. But this kind of behaviour is disgusting.
