Broker called DM to check I met all lending criteria (I did). They asked for one or more new documents every week - must have sent them 20. Insisted multiple times I supply them with a P60 document for a future tax year ...that hasn't been written yet. Then insisted I also prove in writing that I will still be employed in several months time, which is unreasonable. They seemed inexperienced and unsure. Moved to another lender and had a mortgage offer within 5 days.

Easy mortgage I remember the day when I applied to this company. I searched plenty of time for a proper financial company in order to issue a mortgage for acquiring a new apartment. These guys agreed to offer me such an opportunity and I was quite grateful to them. We contacted with managers and we were talking about the conditions for a very long time. Finally, we made an agreement and I received my money fr buying an apartment. I recently paid all the debts and I can state that there are polite managers who can help you any time. At least, they helped me a during the whole path of paying this mortgage.
