Do you not use this company!!!!!!!!!!! What a horrible experience I was trying to send bitcoin to a friend. I was having trouble with the machine so I called their customer service. They were rude unhelpful. And now they banned me from using their machines. I couldn’t believe that they would do this. It’s none of their business why I was sending the Bitcoin. I answered all the questions and the guy on the other end said he couldn’t help me. I asked for a supervisor and he was worse. Do not use these machines. There are plenty websites that you can use.
