USCAREFUL!! CAREFUL!!! I did an international transaction and they charged me THREE times!! It’s unbelievable, after sending money to someone located in another country, they did a MISTAKE on sending it THREE times. They customer care is AWFUL, they said sorry and unfortunately they couldn’t reverse it and credit it back in bank account. I LOST that money!! They’re a SCAM!! CAREFUL!!!

USMy niece was hosted there for an… My niece was hosted there for an internship and was unable to use her bank card. I used USEND and it's been 5 days and she has not received. They are asking for my bank information, a picture of my debit card and my drivers license before they transfer to her host bank account. This is very scary and it looks like we are about to lose $200. We sent $100 more through western union and they received the money within 10 minutes. I wish I can get my $200 back & use western union. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

USAdditional hidden fees Paid two bills in Brazil. Usend charged me 6.99 for each transaction. Usend didn't say anything about additional charges from my credit card. As a customer I should have been told about all charges upfront. I have called them to delete my account, they said they cannot delete it, just deactivated. I have deleted the app from my phone, and I'll never use them again.
