This is their agreement for their clients. It sounds very unpleasant and arrogant. Your money is in no way insured against being blocked. if you have a choice, do not use bank DAVE, they treat their customers as restaurant workers treat cockroaches and rats.

GBVery shady bank Very shady bank. They do business as Mercury.com as well (read the fine print and evolve is the bank behind them) and if you deposit money via a wire they hold it for days and then once it goes in your account the do a "compliance" check and ask for very detailed info on your customers. They want sales contracts, bill of sale, the customers name, and a lot of detailed info. If you do not have that info they will simple keep your money and never reply back. Check mercury.com's reviews and you see they do it to lots of people. They will not return calls, emails, ect. If you run a business you will be left with no money to make payroll or pay your bills. They claim they can hold it as long as they wish by their "policy" which is not provided to you when you sign up.

GBIf I could give a zero I would If I could give a zero I would. They overdrafted my account by doing double ach debits. It’s been almost 2 weeks. They found the money and still have not credited my account. This is not a trustworthy company.
