GBFinancing Dreams When my small startup was conceived, getting financing was high on the list of things that I thought was going to be a scary and daunting task. Working with Geneva has been an exceptional experience. My questions have been answered promptly and in a manner that doesn't make me feel like a doofus for simple not knowing what I don't know. Geneva Capital has kept two very important things alive. Things that other companies have lost touch with 1: When you call, a person answers the phone. Not some soulless recording. 2: They greet me on the phone by NAME! They clearly care about their customers and it shows. I'll definitely be sticking with them as my business grows. Thank you Geneva Capital Team for all of your hard work to make my dreams a reality!

GBI'd never heard of this company I'd never heard of this company, Geneva Capital, Mike Tripp Director ......when out of the blue I received a text message.... that was sent to multiple people.... and when I search those number they were attached to people with the same name I have. The text accused all of the people with my name of using someone else's (Sharon's) credit to rent/lease/ or buy a Roland Printer. I don't know a Sharon.

GBThe company approved our business loan… The company approved our business loan and financing was a breeze with both the application process and receiving our equipment. The problem with Geneva Capital is the lack of professionalism and competence when financial payments for their equipment is due. Mike Tripp and another representative of the company by the name of Lincoln Pahl both demanded payment in the most unethical and unsavory use of language. I was told to “not pay my car note and pay them instead” and because I didnt respond to text messages from Mr. Tripp, he texted me today stating, “your lack of communication is not making this any easier.” He didn’t identify himself when he texted my number, so naturally I asked, who is this? He then identified himself and said I was 29 days past due on my bill. Really? Only 29 days and you have been calling constantly and harassing me about 292 dollars. If your company is that hard up for a payment, then you should really think about taking other matters into account regarding payments past due. I will also mention I have always paid my bill and have not defaulted. My business has taken a financial hit because of a loss in my family. So I have to deal with family issues and a constant nagging from a company whose acts are equivalent to regular loan sharks who will shimmy your pockets, threaten you, pull your credit report to see if you have been on time with any other credit ventures and harass you about being 29 days late. Unprofessional in so many ways and Mr. Tripp is very lucky that I am a classy woman and will not stoop to his level of ugliness. I will say this, if you’re thinking about financing with Geneva Capital, make sure your bearings are in order and life doesn’t happen, because they will not care and they will harass you.

GBI have used Geneva twice now for major… I have used Geneva twice now for major 6 digit purchases. The best aspect of working with Geneva is the feeling that they are on your side, part of your team. That they are trying to get you the best financing possible for your business. They even informed me of some tax breaks I was not aware existed. If you use Geneva Capital you will be in good hands.
