It IS a scam These people are so transparently scummy is not even funny, it takes years (literally) to get to the minimum amount of 30k satoshis to be able to withdraw, once you get to 30k though, they start raising the withdrawal fees, they went from 240 to 360 to 840...You get the idea...

They are holding my bitcoin withdrawal request. It is been almost 24 hours. I paid for the "Instant" withdraw option fee and they are holding my bitcoin request for manual review with no reason. There are no explanation why they are holding it. It is just a bad customer experience. Update: 05.03.2024 - They issued the withdrawal.
