Worst customer service on the planet Worst customer service on the planet. These guys are straight criminals. Wait until you get a good amount of money in the account. They will lock the account and say they are reviewing and never respond. They don't respond to chat support or email. They have stolen all my funds months ago.

Great first-time joint account experience As someone who recently became engaged and started pooling finances with my fiance, Zeta has been a great first-time joint account experience. We've been customers for about five months now, and I love being able to pay our rent by just mailing a check from our shared account rather than venmo-ing or quick-paying each other every month for half the amount. It's also been nice to see what we spend on our truly shared expenses, like groceries and utilities. Before, when we'd essentially switch off who paid for dinner, it was harder to see the full picture (and easier to justify spending more 😬). So far it's been helpful and unobtrusive; I'm very much looking forward to seeing how it evolves!
