Great source for product and… Great source for product and information. Easy to navigate and fare trade. Only thing is that when you are conversing with a potential customer through Email it won't let you send a response to any one that uses Yahoo for some reason. There is a workaround I guess but I could not figure it out. Perhaps a simpler explanation of how to bridge that gap would be a benifet for those of use that still have trouble programing the microwave. Lol

They absolutely Do NOT answer email… They absolutely Do NOT answer email concerns ever! I have never seen such total disregard for customers. I think this site is run as a hobby for the owner, they do not take the site or customers seriously at all.

I haven't heard anything from anyone… I haven't heard anything from anyone about a quote I asked about and it has been about two weeks now and still haven't received any response.
