I've had a disappointing experience… I've had a disappointing experience with Bitso. The fees are exorbitant, and the customer service is unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend using this platform for anyone looking to maximize their crypto investments.

THE FEES ARE COMPLETE ROBBERY!!! I have gotten all my crypto out of Bitso. The fees are a complete ripoff. I am done with them. I suggest you not use this app. I've also heard that others have lost funds completely; I've not had that experience. But I have had to pay $68 to move $120 worth of btc. If you want to pay such kinds of fees, then feel free to join bitso.

I Lost All My Crypto I Lost All My Crypto following this guys steps. Don't do it, Bitso is a scam to take your crypto. They said my transaction has not come through even though I sent them proof that it was sent to the address they provided on my MATIC wallet. They then said they would refund me but cannot guarantee the date or amount I'll be refunded as fee-s will apply on my transaction in the meantime. I've completely lost all my Crypto and Bitso is not refunding me or sending my transaction back.

do not pay money do not pay money. they tell you to pay commissions to receive the money but then they steal it from you and they don't send you anything. 100% scam

Prices are comparable Cheaper than Coinbase Bitso I have tried this platform.Comparable to some of other exchanges. Sure it is cheaper than Coinbase. Feel they can reduce prices and fee a bit
